Hazel Sherman's parents would describe her as nomadic-their way of saying she's a failure. And now as she's found herself living in her van near the Gulf of Mexico, she can't help but think they were right. At twenty-five, she knows herself no better than she did at twenty-one; switching her major from psychology to art. Or eighteen; fighting with her parents on whether or not she'd go to college. Excelling at this job was a necessity. But that was kind of hard to do when her SA (senior advisor) Otis Walter, made it his personal mission to crush her spirit at every chance he could.
Otis Walter wasn't always known for his rough personality-having crappy parents would do that to you. He's finally got to a place in his life that he's comfortable with...or so he thought, because Hazel Sherman, the girl in the yellow van, shows up out of nowhere, seeming to challenge his every word. He worked hard for his position. Dedicated his entire youth to it unlike Sherman, who he learns has never dedicated herself to anything for too long. Any yet, despite his criticism she still stays.
